When Brent of M&M Movers called me in the fall about potential moving services I was initially reluctant to consider engaging the services of a company unknown to me. My previous experience with a well-known mover proved to be less than satisfactory so when I received this call, I was open to listening. Brent arrived at my home to inventory its contents and propose costs. He came equipped with a presentation package that included references to other clients. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, sincerity and after some discussions, his personal ethics. He made it abundantly clear that there was no reason for me to fear hiring a relatively small company. I hired M&M on the spot. On moving day, M&M arrived on the dot-not a minute late. All 3 men were professional, wasted no time and got right to business. They were extremely hard-working and did not flinch at obstacles. I have an extremely heavy, solid wood high-boy that needed to be carried down a flight of stairs to the truck. I thought they would never make it and was prepared to call 911 in the unfortunate event they lost grip and came tumbling down the stairs with the high-boy. These 3 movers somehow managed to muster extreme strength (one of them was perspiring and grunting all the way down the stairs) and made it down the stairs and to the truck without a scratch to my furniture or personal injury to themselves. I was extremely worried but overjoyed when they made it down the stairs safely. To hell with the high-boy I was more worried about these diligent guys making it out without injury. The truck was loaded in no time at all-very quickly and efficiently. In fact, the movers & I arrived at our destination 1-1.5 hours AHEAD of schedule. The relocation of the contents of my home also exceeded my expectations. When we arrived at our destination address, the truck was unloaded so quickly that I was astonished. Zero damage, they were helpful in every way, and thoughtful. I was blown away by this level of service and highly recommend M&M Movers to anyone. M & M Moving provided excellent service. From arriving on time to diligent workers, I had a great experience moving with this company. I moved in to a 4th floor walk up with no elevator and the movers never once complained , were super courteous and generally just made the experience much more enjoyable. I will use M & M Moving many times over and will recommend them to all my friends. Amy In Toronto

If you use this moving company please make sure you have lots of insurance. We had many items damaged and Brent's only comment was *we should have had insurance* We are still waiting for our $75.00 deposit on the garment boxes which has never been returned, according to our contract he is supposed to return the money and hasn't. We had so many scratches and everyday we find more and more dents and marks on legs of furniture. Very very poor moving company. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have to say , it was a terrific experience working with your company. The movers themselves were fantastic guys, very hard working. They were also incredibly careful with things, and clearly took their jobs seriously. It was a complex move, with 3 destinations, and they did an exceptional job. I can't say enough good things about how hard they worked and how professional they were. The price was very fair as well and your response to sending the wrong truck was terrific, fixed within an hour. I'll certainly be recommending your company to friends and family. Brent Routley the Owner contacted me from the M.L.S. lists and as a result of this contact I hired his company. The move went very well, the guy's were really hard workers, polite and efficient. I tipped them because they were really great and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I had an old piece of furniture that had some very minor damage on it, the movers were not aware they may have caused this. Overall a really easy and positive experience. I will use them again. My mother in law had a bad experience in the past with a mover, she just recently used M and M Movers and everything went well, as a result we hired Brent and M and M, we had a narrow window to do the move because of elevator restrictions, if the move wasn't done on time we would have been charged hundreds of dollars for reserving the elevator and not being punctual, this was obviously a major concern. The move was done on time and the movers actually arrived at the new condo ahead of schedule. Thanks alot M & M Tatjana and Christopher Barlow

This Review is in reference to the qualtiy of M and M Moving. We are moving again and without hesitation we called Brent from M and M. Not only was his price substantially more reasonable when compared to A.M.J. Campbell, and a few other leading moving companies, his quotation of the estimated time to complete the move came within 1 hour of the final moving quotation. Example 4 men for 14 hours. The crew was professional and worked all day until 10:45 p.m. to complete the move. Even though the movers were tired at the end of the day, they still moved 4 granite counter top units from my garage Costco had just delivered when I asked them to do so. They packed the truck with my belongings tightly resulting in nothing being damaged. This alone saved me the unnecessary extra charges for crating: Pictures, Glass tables, e.t.c. the other companies insisted on charging in order to move these goods. This expense was quoted at $1,200.00 which turned out not being required, due to M and M loading the truck properly taking in account these breakable items. So we are moving again in 2 weeks and without hesitation we called Brent from M and M Movers. Sincerely Tim & Norah in Oakville
