When we recently had to find a new Septic service Company, Forrest Hill Service was recommended by a long time customer. The techician was knowlegeable and courteous. As he attempted to remove the cement cover before pumping, the cover broke from old age. He called to have a new cover ordered, as the size was unusual. When the owner and technician returned with the new cover, they avoided driving over the lawn by rolling the heavy cover to the site. They carefully set the cover in place, disposed of the old one, and generally cleaned up the area. The charge for this replacement by 2 men was $34, the cost of the top itself!!! Talk about customer satisfaction!!!!
