Modern Appliance

My dishwasher was making funny noises. I delayed calling until Modern Appliance was personally referred. I called Tuesday, he came Wednesday, as planned, and analyzed the dishwasher and found it to be good now, but checked the workings and gave me good understanding of performance, motor design and life expectancy. He also referred me to this site.

These guys are timely, professional, inexpensive and overall just very good with what they do. They know their stuff. I highly recommend them. Peter fixed our dishwasher as well. He offered tips for maximizing the time both appliances will run at 100%. Great job.

Peter was awesome. Super nice, didn't add an expensive piece as it wasn't necessary. Arrived when he said he would, even though he was injured. I felt badly for that, but he said he didn't want to disappoint his clients.

We have used Modern Appliance in the past and were always happy with the quick, efficient service so when our Whirlpool Washing Machine failed, we called today. With a quick call back, Peter suggested what the problem could be and offered detailed instructions for us to try and remedy ourselves. It worked!!!! I am sorry we didn't need Peter to make a service call, but happy that we now have a fully running washing machine again. It is not always easy to find caring, professional repair service that also gives do it yourself advice. We will ALWAYS call Peter for any issues we have knowing we will be getting the best service!

I called Modern Appliance after several unsatisfactory conversations with other appliance repair companies, based on reviews I read on this site. I was not disappointed. Peter's response to my inquiry was helpful - he even advised me to check on re-calls in case my dishwasher was covered. In the end a repair was needed. He ordered the part required, called as soon as it came in, attended at my house to make the repair (threw in a minor adjustment for free) and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend his service highly enough!

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING. This is the second time I have called Modern Appliance for two (unrelated) issues with my washing machine. Both instances Peter responded to my phone call very promptly and helped me troubleshoot the problem. Once he knew what was wrong, he ordered the part and scheduled the repair. Peter was prompt for the service call, and very thorough. After replacing the washing machine part, he was particular to also 'check' to see that everything with both my washer (and dryer) were working sell. He did not just get up and leave. He wanted to not only make sure that his work was 110% but that I was also also 110% happy with the job that he completed. He was friendly and polite, highly knowledgable and made sure to respect the environment he was working in by cleaning up after the repair job was done. I would highly recommend Modern Appliance to any of my friends and family (as I have in the past). Honest, reliable, knowledgable, and professional service you can count on.

Peter was courteous and knowledgeable. He was quick to discover the issue we had with our fridge, and by the next day everything was fixed and our fridge works fine. He is very professional and provided great tips to help keep our fridge running well. I highly recommend him and Modern Appliance.

I have only talked to Peter over the phone to fix my fridge and he is Super fast and efficient. He came a couple of hours after my call. Hands down Peter gets the job done.

Recommend by friend I contacted Modern Appliance.
My stove's clean light kept staying on along with oven and preheat light. Peter quckly confirmed what he thought was the problem.

After using the self clean option on my oven, it would not unlock. I tried a variety of things unsuccessfully. I called peter and he fixed it for me. Furthermore he mentioned for me to call him if it happened again and he would walk me through it over the phone. Peter was extremely conscientious and helpful and I would highly recommend him
