I called this company based upon the very high scores of satisfaction by other people who also used and reviewed the work of Modern Appliance on this website. Also, they have repaired a lot of dishwashers so I felt they had a lot of experience and knowledge about them. It was easy to contact Peter at Modern Appliance to make an appointment to fix my dishwasher about a week later. The bottom of the dishwasher was not draining and I already knew that someone had accidentally dropped a bowl of popcorn kernels into the dishwasher to cause this problem. Peter arrived at my house as promised between 11 a.m to 1 p.m
He was able to find and remove all the kernels from within several difficult to access parts within the dishwasher by using a suction pump and after about an hour the dishwasher draining cycle was working normal again. So now we don't need to buy a new dishwasher. Peter did a great job. Thank you so much Peter.
I would definitely call his company if any of my other household appliances have a problem in the future.
