The customer service at this place is terrible. I bought a nice set at their tent sale late in the season last year, after winter storage one of the arms bent. I called their woodbridge store, emailed their service department in June and after months of chasing on my part they responded in September. They stated that the furniture is not on warranty because i bought it on sale and that i could bring it in and get it fixed for a cost. Don't buy this furniture, it's crap and the customer service is terrible!!!!

Horrible after sales service from the staff to the owner. They are very happy to take your money and unwilling to back their products up. The staff is incompetent and the owner is a nightmare to deal with.
I had to throw out a 2 year old gazebo and patio furniture because it simply did not last. The fabric in the gazebo disintegrated and they offered no replacement parts or the willingness to resolve the issue. I was told by the owner to buy a new gazebo and furniture.
Insideout is grossly overpriced for the poor quality goods they sell.
Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere!

NEVER buy anything from here. I paid $4,000.00 for a patio set that only lasted me 2 months. I woke up one morning to find the glass top of my set completely shattered. Not broken or chipped as if something fell on it, completely shattered into pieces as if it didn't sustain the heat or the glass was put in too tight and with the heat it expanded and shattered. I explained what happened with the store clerk , not even expecting them to replace and pay for the full thing, but to let me know what they can do for me. Their reply..NOTHING! I spent $4,000.00 for a set that is meant to be outside and all they care about is your money because once you leave their store they want nothing to do with their products nor do they care to live up to their so called "best quality" furniture. Do not buy anything from here. Save your money and shop someplace else that give you the proper customer service!

We bought a large sectional and paid for an extra chair, the service was good initially, but the chair was never delivered. 5 months and many calls later we still don't have our $600 chair.

They moved! I went looking for them and noticed they had moved just down the road. They are in the Bingo Hall connection plaza, the old shoppers drug Mart building. They were still just setting up when i visited. They had some reopening sales so I got a sale on the modern sectional set I bought. The only thing i found difficult was that so many things are mix and match, we had a hard time deciding between chairs.

I went to Insideout home and patio in burlington and purchased a conversation set. They have a large selection and the store is clean and neat. We ordered upgraded cushions and had to wait a couple of weeks, but they were worth it. I had to write a review because as we were searching for a new set we visited several furniture stores along the same street, Plains Rd, but insideout was the best. The staff at insideout made us feel welcome and comfortable with our purchase. Our backyard is complete and we can't wait for this coming summer.

Buying patio furniture can be a nightmare! We went to over 15 different patio stores between Toronto and Hamilton until we went to Insideout. I wanted to be perfect. One common thing I found the staff at most other stores just want to sell. Staff at Insideout educated us on the differences between furniture and the sunbrella fabrics etc. We also had at home consultation. Laura helped us pick the colors and everything fell in place. They worked with us between two locations Burlington and Oakville and it felt like they are the only store that knows what they are doing. Selection and the quality of the product is excellent and we are fussy when it comes to quality. Evaluating with other high quality products on the market their prices to good (not to expensive) exciding my expectation. On top of that they help me with custom cushions that I never expected to find a replacement. I am happy to share my experience as I promised to the wonderful staff. I have and I will be sending my friends to the store. I can’t wait for their fall-winter selection of indoor bar chairs and home décor.
