We are very satisfied with the Monitoring Center's service and installation.
We would recommend them to anyone who wishes to have an alarm and fire system installed.
They were knowledgeable and prompt.

We recently signed up with TMC. Everyone we have spoken to has been incredibly helpful and so far we love our alerm system. After being with an alarm company that had constant issues and was charging us 45$ a month this is a refreshing change. We have so far not experienced any issues with our alarm. We had one minor problem with the system after it was installed. After calling into TMC we were quickly responded to and the issue was resolved right there on the phone. We are very impressed with our new alarm and will be recommending to others.

I have been a customer of The Monitoring Center for 5 years now and have been a happy customer. I recently moved to a new home and the whole process was made easy from setting up my appointment to having the installation done. Our technician, Fred, was quick, curteous, thorough and explained all the new features to my new system.

Great service and product. Fred a TMN installed an excellent security system for us which included several sensors (hard wired and wireless) along with 2 motion detectors tires a teo key pads.

I had been meaning to switch from ADT for a couple of years, but wasn't sure I could count on TMC. After my brother-in-law's recommendation, I took the plunge. Great experience so-far. They scheduled a technician to come out, were up front about costs (including the possibility that my VOIP line might not work - it worked previously and turned out to not be a problem), and the technician was excellent (thorough, professional, and on-time!)

You pay up front for a year, plus a service call to get all set up which includes a 6m bonus. They also have options for homes with out a phone line. Very reasonable rates.

I've been paying quite a bit for my alarm monitoring for quite some time and when time came to renew, I decided to switch over to the monitoring center. The switch-over process was painless and the technician showed up on time during the day of the install - he was polite, changed over my GSM system and explained everything to me to my satisfaction before leaving. Overall I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Like others stated, I was originally an unsatisfied, overcharged ADT customer. TMC took over our existing system and each step was a positive improvement. They're friendly and professional in every way. Thanks, TMC!

Had a good experience with the sales process, installing the unit was a bit tricky and the technician ran into some issues but he took his time to fix everything before he left. I had an error message on the app and he took the time to call the manufacturer and resolve the issue which was very impressive.
