Been with TMC for 6+ years now. When we moved, we looked around at different companies and in they end they still offered the best solution with an affordable price. They were able to accommodate an installation time that worked out, the technician was friendly and very knowledgeable (went above and beyond to ensure the GSM module was set up somewhere out of the way but still with full signal), and we were up and running in no time.
He also took the time to test everything and provide a walk through of how the alarm pad works as it was a different model than what we were used to.
