RCW Moving & Storage

Your users should know that this moving company is highly unreliable.
I made an appt with them a month in advance of my move. I called them a week before my move to re-confirm timing and location.
However, on the day of the move it was evident that they had overbooked. But rather than letting me know as soon as possible that they would not be able to move me, they assured me that they were just running late. Eventually, at 8pm (my appt was for 2pm), they called to tell me that they could not do it.
The new tenants of the house I was moving out of billed me for the charges they incurred in changing their move date.
RCW refused to compensate me for these charges and had the nerve to tell me that I should have had a back up plan.
