Although purchased with just a little more than the six to eight week delivery time, I did not receive my sofa for almost ten weeks. Nonetheless, I was very happy to get it when it did finally arrive. Now just over a year later, the front of the pillows are squished down and showing like the couch is ten years old. I think the problem is in the design since you can rotate the pillows up side down, but not front to back. There are just two of us in the household, with no kids and no pets so I didn't expect this kind of rapid deterioration. I've called the Norwalk store who gave me another number for customer service in Stoney Creek. I left a message on the extension given but heard nothing back. I phone again a few days later and reach someone in person. I told them I had left a message but had not received a call. No appology, I was then told someone would call me and arrange to come by to see it and determine what could be done. Well, I'm still waiting for a call after another week. I will follow up with another phone call on Monday.
