We had no choice because this roofer did the work on the new build we bought. We have been here 3 years and there are still problems. I don’t know anything about roofing but I do know about customer service, respect and professionalism and it’s a giant zero across the board. Rude. Swearing. Fighting with my builder in front of us.
Find someone else to work with. Period.
