Darren from Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. is an outstanding example of what a good reliable contractor is. I was very pleasantly surprised that he did not ask for any deposit when I signed the contract, payment was only made upon completion of the job. He keeps his word and calls with updates when he says he will, I appreciated that and the photos updates showing the condition of the underlayment.

Over the years I have hired many contractors for various projects, I have had to spend a lot of effort and time chasing most of them. Darren is one of the few good contractors who are very reliable and most importantly punctual. I did not have to chase him for any updates, he provided constant timely updates and the project was completed on schedule. The new roof does look good.
