John replied to our inquiry right away, provided a quote and followed up very quickly with a date to start the job. During the work he provided pictures of the progress, updated us on any issues and fixed them on our behalf. The porch is beautifully crafted and it was a pleasure to meet and spend time with John and Dave who feel like old friends. We will have BBG back to do our future larger projects in a heart beat!
