John was very polite and obliging on the phone when I called inquiring about rates and availability. He asked me to text him a photo of the grip set which needed to be installed on our front door. He responded within 15 minutes of receiving it and gave me a set time the next day when he would arrive. He was punctual and efficient and a pleasure to do business with.
