Never thought a junk removal company could be so professional and organized. I booked the appointment at lease two weeks in advance. The day before the appointment I got a email reminder. On the day of service, I got a call in the morning notifying their ETA. When Will and Gordon got here, they were polite, courteous, and fast. They loaded up the truck with my junk in no time. And their price is fair. But what really impressed me is their cheerful attitude. I will certainly recommend them to anyone I know.

This is the third time we've used Rid-of-It to haul away stuff. They never disappoint. This time around, Anjay and Jeff came and removed five old appliances and a bunch of other junk. They were fast and friendly, and respectful of the surroundings. The pricing was extremely fair and easily taken care of, on site. I should also mention, our appointment was booked in less than 24 hours from our initial inquiry.

From initial inquiry by email to the truck driving away with a full load, dealing with this company has been an amazing experience. After years of putting this off, I have started the unenviable task of decluttering my parents' basement and garage. You can only imagine how much stuff they accumulated after 36 years in the same house. Andrew and Jeff phoned before arrival and were polite and friendly during their 2 hours of work. Even though we were removing "junk", they still treated my parents' belongings with respect. I simply told them what needed to go and they did all the heavy lifting. When I pointed to a general area of the garage that needed to go, Jeff instinctively knew which items I might want to keep and checked in with me before handing over the items to Andrew, who loaded things into the truck. Since I was paying for a full truck load, Andrew worked hard at fitting in as much as he could, playing Tetris with sofas, appliances, chairs, old TVs, etc. They will be helping me again tomorrow, with another full truck load. I would highly recommend this company. Ask for Andrew and Jeff - they're eager, strong, are respectful and have an incredible work ethic. Rick, the President, will answer your emails within minutes.

Truck was nearby cleaning a neighbours property, just happened that I had junk in garage ready to go. They were nice, quick, efficient, young professionals. Will use again in future.
