After signing a contract to put in a minimal system, their technician went looking for "problems" so they could put in an unnecessarily large system.And he was not willing to give me time to discuss it with family members. They were unprofessional about the whole occurrence and the technician ended up doing a very sloppy job in the finished part of my basement. Someone did return to fix a few issues but not all of them. We were also told that there was a lifetime warranty on the system by a sales rep. It was only after the pump was installed that we were informed that to maintain the warranty, it would cost $180/year for a service contract. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
