Very happy with the high quality of these windows and our new patio door! Excellent customer service from sales (Deb) and the installer (Ian).

Deb was very knowledgeable, took her time to understand our needs and explain our options as well as make great recommendations for us.

Ian did a great job with the installation, taking care to clean up any debris. There was one error in our order, but Ian and Deb worked to quickly resolve the issue.

Our new windows and patio door look great, and given our experience so far with TrueSeal I'm confident we'll get great after-sales service, and will definitely come back for any future window and door needs we might have!

Deb was very helpful and responsive. The only reason we can not give 10 out of 10 is that our windows were supposed to be ready by July 2021.... due to delays, installation didn't happen until October. There was a lack of communication which was frustrating. However, the installer, Ian was kind and professional and Deb continued to be responsive after the delay hiccup. Even though it wasn't a perfect experience, we are happy with how everything turned out and we would definitely recommend Trueseal in the future.

Very pleased with the door we received from Trueseal! We wanted to upgrade and we definitely got exactly what we wanted. They were very professional from start to finish. The gentleman who installed our door was great, very detail oriented. He did a very clean job of installing and also made sure to clean up before leaving. Very impressed and happy with the service! 4 replacement windows and 1 new window installed. Sales team was terrific in explaining the product and installation process. Our I installer was top notch. We are now looking at replacing the remaining windows. Highly recommend them.

We absolutely love our new doors! Deb was always responsive and answered the many questions I had. They were able to colour match the doors to our garage which was important. We got the added security locks and upgraded the hardware. Arthur did an amazing job with the install and we could tell he was a perfectionist as he wanted everything to be perfect. He even took the time to tell us about maintaining and cleaning the doors, we really felt we were taken care of from the beginning to the end. We have been getting lots of compliments from neighbours about our new doors! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend True Seal, they did a phenomenal job!

Deb, the owner was very professional and informative throughout our appointment. I explained the window types I was looking for and she offered suggestions as to what she thought would be best for the powder room and back bedrooms. Ian, the installer was also professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He readily answered any questions I had.
