New floors throughout my apartment. Old floors removed

First class service and workmanship. German and Juan are craftsmen in their respective specialties. I highly recommend this company for home improvement work that you might need in the future.
They worked 0830 -1630 hours with minimal breaks. You get your moneys worth from this company.

Lay Concrete, lay asphalt and repair gutter.

Concrete Contractors review in Scarborough

I had my house waterproofed. I needed a section of concrete re-laid and a section of asphalt re-laid as well. Santos Dovalo Construction did a wonderful job and cleaned the area as well when they were finished. Santos then repaired my gutter that had multiple leaks. I have jobs scheduled for July and August for Santos. They are now my home solutions company.

backyard deck railing

We had a small but time sensitove job to be done. Munfirst request was answered quickly and a site inspection was done within a day or two.
The job was scheduled at my convenince a few days later.
The railing was built to match exactly the existing deck and fence with great quality amd workmanship.
Job clean up was very good too.

stair railing repair

The service was great. Very friendly. The railing on my staircase to the second floor was very loose. Santos Devalo offered to repair the railing right away at a very reasonable price. The railing is very strong and stable now. I appreciate that a reasonable and economical solution was offered. Other companies came in with very elaborate estimates.
