Bresa Construction saved us

Old Toronto

Pedja and the team at Bresa did an amazing job installing our engineered hardwood floors. They were professional, friendly, responsive and completed the work very quickly. They also charged a fair price. Prior to finding Bresa we had several difficult experiences being ghosted and/or being quoted over the top prices. We were beginning to lose hope but finding Pedja completely turned things around. Everyone that worked on the project was a pleasure to deal with and we are thrilled with the final product.

Excellent hardwood refinishing

Floor Laying & Refinishing review in York

Pedja and his team from Bresa Construction just refinished our hardwood floors. We also asked them to replace our dated kitchen tiles with hardwood. The took care of demolition and disposal and seamlessly matched the new hardwood in the kitchen with the rest of the main floor. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Pedja's quote may be higher than others but his attention to detail is well worth paying for. He is Bona trained and certified and delivers a superior product in the end. We requested Bona Traffic HD finish because we wanted a hard wearing surface that would last. It looks absolutely beautiful!
Pedja and his team were a pleasure to work with and I recommend them 100%.

Hardwood Instalation

Guys did a great job!
Hardwood with soundproof underlayment, double glued. Result is with no holow sound, although the concreete subfloor wasnt leveled propery during the building construction.
Highly recommended!

Hardwood sand and refinish

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Bresa (Pedja) for a flooring project at my place, and I've got to say, they did an outstanding job! Our old flooring was in pretty rough shape, but these folks took it on with incredible skill. They did some fantastic sanding work that completely transformed the look of our floors.
What really stood out to me was how quickly they got the job done. With a toddler at home, you know how important flexibility is, and these guys were super accommodating. They worked around our schedule, which made everything so much easier.
Not only were they professional in their work, but they were also really kind and friendly. It made the whole process a lot more pleasant. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get some flooring work done. You can count on them for quality service and a friendly approach!
