Flooreno

I engaged FlooReno in December 2022, when I was shopping for hardwood. Their store had a great selection of various flooring solutions at reasonable prices, and I chose one of the hardwood options for my townhouse. The store assistant Karen was super helpful and recommended to go with FlooReno installers. I got several quotes from others before selecting FlooReno, and got a very reasonable and comparable estimate from FlooReno. What I absolutely liked was customer service - I got detailed explanations on how hardwood would be installed, what service is included and what wasnt, so I did not have any surprises. The installation went just as planned and scheduled, there were two teams working on my townhouse, and all work was completed to my full satisfaction. I would recommend FlooReno team for any renovation projects - they are professional, fast, attentive and work with you (not against you) to make sure the project is complete as planned. Excellent job!
