The service was great. They were professional and very clean. He explained thoroughly what services he was providing and gave me details throughout. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Jamie for the mold issue in the basement cold room. He responded promptly and based on the pictures I sent, he gave me the quote. He came the very next day to do work. Upon looking at the issue and the extent of the remediation, he renegotiated the price based on additional effort required before starting the work. He was professional and fair in his dealings. He finished the work on the same day. He cleared the whole area and cleaned everything before leaving.
Initially he quoted me a price to dispose off all the debris but I asked him to leave it in the garage for me to dispose off to save some money. There were more than 15 garbage bags of debris. Jamie called me later in the day and said that he will dispose off these garbage bags without any charges. It was a great customer courtesy gesture from him.
Next day when he came to pick the garbage, he brought a small hand vacuum to clean the some pieces which went into the washer and only he knew. That was quite an impressive professional thing to do.

I had a water leak from my water tank. Jamie was fantastic! He made me feel at ease right away explaining what he would be doing. He was organized, on time, and thorough and extremely safe. I would recommend him for any mold remediation needs.

After accessing the situation, Jamie came out and finished the work within a couple of hours and did a great job! He followed up later on to make sure everything went as expected. Definitely recommend.

Needed to have mold removed in my bathroom. Jamie was really nice and professional. I am allergic to mold so I'm really happy he was able to remove it and carefully dispose of the mold without contaminating the rest of the home.
