Jay and Martin came onboard to give me 2 refreshed decks: the final touches to a complete overhaul to my exterior. From first contact until the job was complete, I was confident that I had found the right team for the job. Hardworking, great communicators, and clearly invested in making sure that the work was done right and that I was ultimately happy with the final outcomes. Some great suggestions made ultimately resulted in me getting two decks that look better than I'd even imagined when I first considered getting the work done....and they were a pleasure to have around! I would not hesitate to call them again to help with other work in my home and would highly recommend without hesitation.

Marcin even went above and beyond when a scheduled concrete delivery got cancelled last minute. He personally went and picked up the concrete to get the job done. They cleaned the site every evening. We recently had Jason & Martin re-build our back deck & pergola -- as well as a gate. We had initially reached out to them about our fence, but circumstances changed. They were happy to change tracks with us, & we are very pleased. The deck, pergola & gate look great & (more importantly) are well-built. Jason and Martin contacted me after I had placed an add for a company to build a wire fence around an above ground pool. Jason quickly came and gave a quote and we also agreed to have him do a wooden deck along the back side of the pool. Within a week Jason contacted us with the quote. We were please with it and made a contract. We then had to submit the plans to the city for approval. J and M Construction were very patient and once approvals were receive proceeded very professionally and quickly to complete our project. The quote was right on. The work done neatly, quickly and all materials tidied up.

Living in a small home with my wife and having big changes upcoming to our family. We were in dire need of more space so we turned to J&M to help us renovate our musty basement. They did an amazing job. They put in a brand new beautiful embassy drop ceiling throughout the entire basement and updated all of our light fixtures. They built us new bedroom space for my in-laws as well as a full bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) with all new plumbing. A tough project for a rural home on a septic tank. The basement turned out exactly how we wanted.

Outstanding work and incredible attention to detail. They flipped an entire backyard, which was unusable, into an outdoor oasis. I could not recommend them enough, they did an amazing job and a complete transformation in less than 2 weeks. Outstanding work ethic and amazing attention to detail.
