We had flooding in our back yard and asked AVK to install a French drain. Once done, there hasnt been any flooding. They arrived in a timely manner, were knowledgeable, polite and great to deal with. We had them back to do a different small driveway project and found their service to still be excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sergio and his crew did a great job restoring the iron railings (5 in total) around our home. They were fast and efficient and did a great cleanup. Railings look like new.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the workmanship that went into our new fence. It was built to a very high standard of quality.

Sergio is extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with. We will be using his company to carry out other outdoor projects such as rebuilding our front steps, relaying interlock driveway and building a pergola.

Sergio and his crew were terrific! I tore down my backroom only to discover that the foundation was rotting and required attention. It was clear to me that the foundation needed support, and Sergio took the time to explain what I needed to get done to get what I wanted. I had 2 contractors quote the job and AVK Construction went the extra mile for me.
Because I work from home, they were courteous and gave me advance notice of when they would be working and how loud they would be. Upon leaving the site they would tidy up which was a bonus!
I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Sergio was very considerate and fair in his pricing. Our backyard was transformed and we now enjoy it every day. Work was completed on time and very pleased with AVK Construction, so much so that we have a few other projects lined up.
