Great communication from Ellie who quickly provided a competitive quote and arranged the installation within a week. The team arrived on time and provided detail explanations of the work that needed to be done. The team was able to compete the wiring without any impact to the finishings of my finished basement. The team from Smart Charge were great all around. Starting with the back office, answering my quote inquiry and scheduling the inspection, to the installers that showed up on time, installed our ChargePoint charger and cleaned up after themselves. And the price was right.

I had an EV charger installed in my detached garage, the team had to dig a trench to ensure the cable was underground and out of sight. The team was very professional, courteous and well-mannered. Despite rain throughout the day and messy nature of the job, the team ensured everything was left as clean as possible. ESA approval was also completed, thanks!

Smart Charge Canada did a terrific job of installing our Tesla charger. Just by looking at a picture of our electrical panel, they were able to tell us what we needed and within a couple of weeks their electricians arrived. They did a very neat job of installing the charger tucked in behind the chimney next to our driveway so that its not even visible from the street. Thanks, Smart Charge Canada!

We received three quotes and SCC was both the best value and the most detailed. Ellie was able to provide excellent guidance and an accurate quote by phone/text, which is was really helpful as we dont have a ton of time to sit home and wait for contractors to come by (usually not on time either! ).

The team showed up on time, installed the charger exactly as planned and cleaned up after themselves. They were super nice as well!

Great team to work with. Was able to accommodate my installation date and work around other folks coming to the house. Plenty of communication with the office and the team working at my place. Installation was extremely clean, could barely tell wires were put in the wall for the EV charger!

Great company to deal with. Ellie answered all my questions regarding options and the install/permit process. On the day of the install, the team was efficient and thoughtful on how best to do a clean looking setup. Prices are reasonable too. I'm happy with the workmanship and would recommend to friends for eletrical work.
