Add subpanel in garage, and install EVSE & 14-50 outlet

We were in the market to install a 240v EVSE (aka wall "charger") in our garage, and have solicited for several quotes from different vendors. Moe was very professional and patient with all our questions, and was able to provide a very accurate quote via email.

He gave us 3 options:
1) EVSE install from main panel
2) 240V 14-50 outlet (aka "dryer outlet") install from main panel
3) Add a 100A subpanel in the garage from the main panel, and then hook up the EVSE from there.

He explained each option and which one he'd recommend based on cost-effectiveness vs. long-term expandability. We ended up going with the 100A subpanel + EVSE install, even though it was slightly more than the EVSE install alone.

On the day of, we actually asked him to add the 14-50 outlet, and his team was able to quickly recommend best course of action. We now have an EVSE + 14-50 outlet in our garage managed by a sub-panel.

Definitely recommend Moe & team to anyone looking for any electrical work done. Very professional & courteous!

Thank you Moe & team!
