When it came down to designing and building our ideal staircase for our home it came down to Magna Stairs and another company. Within minutes of speaking with Rick we knew Magna was the way to go. His patience with ALL of my questions and concerns (some very silly in hindsight) was limitless. Rick and his team kept in contact with us throughout the process, helped us down to the smallest of details and created results we couldnt have dreamt of. Magna also helped us create a stunning glass enclosure for our shower and front porch! They were upfront and honest about potential delays in the process and how long those delays could be at worst, weve never had information like this from any other contractor before but it enabled us to be fully prepared in advance, and our stairs were still delivered on time anyways. For anyone seeking an innovative and stunning design, Magna is the way to go hands down, with Rick and the team your not just in good hands, you in the best hands!

Very nice people, they did a nice job on our stairs and all the glass. We will definitely use them again once our new home is purchased and this one sold.

Overall were very pleased with these guys, designed our new wood stairs and glass railings all around inside and outside the house. I wouldnt say they were the cheapest but the customer service was worth every penny. Very pleased with the end result.

Tbh these guys are great, only reason my satisfaction is at 4 stars is because of a small week delay on the stair install as we had family coming over from Europe and that also pushed the railings install, however they managed to get the glass installed within 5 days so was very impressive. Over all great experience, we already recommended them to our next door neighbours and some family.

We originally went with a company who seemed at the time fairly reputable and in the business long, however they ended up shutting down and leaving us out of our deposit and no product. We found these guys on Instagram, these guys came through, not only finished the job but was a pleasure dealing with. Very on-point and honest.
