I highly recommend Arthur and GoldenShepherd Contracting. We had a sudden shower leak and he was able to give us a very competitively priced estimate, start and end dates, and a detailed plan to prevent future leaks. We were very impressed with his expertise and professionalism during the course of re-tiling a shower and making it more waterproof, repairing a 3x3 ft drywall patch in the ceiling the plumbers had left, and compounding and painting the ceiling and walls. He was able to complete the work on time, stayed within his original estimate and performed excellent quality work. The shower came out stunning and the drywall patch repair was seamless and invisible (can't tell it was ever there). Arthur is a superb general contractor professional who is friendly, transparent, detailed and results oriented. We confidently recommend him for all types of repairs and renovations.

I contacted Golden Sheppard Contracting Ltd in the beginning of June 2023 with concerns that my window sills were rotten and needed to be replaced asap. Arthur handled my request for a quote the same day at a price I couldn't turn down. He listened to my design preferences and was able to give me a good idea of the outcome. Within the next few days, he had materials sourced and we set an agreeable day for work. He was able finish the job within the day and followed up after to check up with my satisfaction of the job. His professionalism during the whole job was reassuring. Highly recommended for repairs for renovations.

We love sitting out there but it was on its last legs. Our previous deck was poorly constructed with gaps in the floor, and the wood was starting to rot. At the same time, we wanted a privacy wall that provided some shade that was also nice to look at.

Arthur exceeded our expectations...in just a few days, he removed the rotted floor, replaced the deck, built a privacy wall, and also enhanced the ceiling above. Our deck is so beautiful now and we spend many evenings out there now. Thanks Arthur!

Hired Golden Shephard to build a 11 x 11 backyard shed. Complete with concrete pad and French doors. Was extremely happy with the finished product. And would highly recommend this company.

I had to have 15 holes in the ceiling patched, primed, and painted after I had some potlights added. It's not an easy task to find a good drywaller for this kind of task, it seems most are either focused on large-scale projects only, or are quite expensive. I'm very happy to have selected Arthur and his team for this - they demonstrated a lot of care and thoughtfulness in their work and it shows. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Golden Shepherd again for future work, and would recommend them for fairly priced high quality work
