Mayland Appliance Repair

Unrelated 2nd service call from Mayland for my two drawer dishwasher. Like the option of leaving a text message instead of voice mail. Quick reply. Tim arrived at stated time. He listened to my attempts to identify the problem before calling . He fixed the drainage and put back the parts that I had taken apart. I like that Tim spent the time showing me what caused the problem , how to take the pipe apart and tips on how to avoid this from reoccurring . He also ran the
dishwasher to make sure the problem was solved.
The other time Tim came was to fix a burner on my gas stove that didn't light.
I would use this company again.

Very friendly and professional. When I initially called they suggested something that might work and save us money. That was unsuccessful so I called them 1st thing the next morning. Technician arrived shortly after lunch. Fixed the problem and left us with a ton of very useful information and suggestions. Thank you! I recommend this company for any appliance repair.

I spoke to Chad over a messenger text and he reviewed a video of my issue and diagnosed the drain pump so he had the part and made a quick fix when he arrived.
