Joe was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was pleasant to speak with, clearly answered all of my questions and assured me that he could take care of the job. The day of the job, he showed up on time and was prepared. We discussed and agreed on a course of action for moving the gas line for my stove and he immediately got to work. I had another trade working on my kitchen reno and Joe was professional and coordinated with them so they were not interfering with each other. Overall, the customer service that Joe provided is exactly what I expect and hope for.

Joe helped us remove a gas stove and install an induction stove. His response was quick. He was professional and took great care to keep the house clean. We were very happy with the whole experience and would recommend him to others.

Joe came the same day I called to service our AC unit. He was transparent with pricing, efficient with his time and, importantly, got our AC unit working beautifully. Joe was great to work with and we will certainly call him again.

Joe was quick to respond and communicated clearly. He came when he said he would, and did a great job onsite. When he arrived there were two ways of approaching the install, he did an excellent job telling me the pros and cons and costs associated with both and left the decision up to me. He was also very patient with all my questions. I will definitely call Fair HVAC again!

Clean install, used existing house piping from an old fireplace and cleaned up the old copper.
Lined up the pipe alongside an existing hot tub power cable to blend in.

Joe was responsive and professional from the start. Our project was scheduled in a timely manner and executed as planned. Joe was very friendly and answered my many questions throughout. We had a capped natural gas line under our deck for future use that we wanted to set up for use with our bbq. Joe installed a shutoff valve in our basement at the beginning of the line, and added an extension under our deck to the bbq where he installed solid metal piping (secured to the deck), another valve, and connected to our bbq. Overall, we are happy with the end result and are excited to start using our bbq!
