Tanzin professional manner from first contact separated him from the rest. He was prompt responsible and efficientl at installing the faucet in our kitchen. Tenzin assisted me with drain cleaning services last year but I didnt have a chance to post a review. Hes extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also goes above and beyond and answers questions and provides useful tips related to plumbing. Issue was from a leak in the shower faucet cartridge. A handyman with proper tools attempted but no success and recommended a professional plumber. Contacted Homestars. Immediate response. Discussed the issue with Tenzin who provided an estimate. Tenzin found the cartridge was sealed & took 2 hours to carve out. We agreed on an alternative solution rather than using old taps etc. He returned another day taking more of his time to cut some tile, replace some piping and install a new modern shower system. Tenzin did amazing work, fitting a non-standard sink into my kitchen counter. He was very upfront about any challenges, what was possible and what wasn't with my aging counter. He was open to all of my questions about measurements etc when I was researching sinks. Throughout the process, Tenzin was professional and friendly, easygoing and helpful, and of course, did a great job, even cleaning up the stained cabinet after the work was done. Tenzin responded quickly to our service request to have our kitchen drain re-routed so it was behind drywall rather than exposed. He made as small an incision as possible in the wall and helped find us a solution that was cost-effective and functional. He finished his work quickly and neatly, so we were able to easily have the drywall repaired at a low cost.Answer from pro:
