Mostafa and Ali came and restored power the next day after a surge from the electric company partially blew out our circuit breakers. I understand it was just luck that they were not booked that day for any other jobs, but I am grateful for the fact they were available.

What I appreciated the most was their suggestions to prevent such an occurrence from happening again by adding a surge protector to prevent the circuit breakers from blowing again.

Additionally, our home is wired with aluminium and the original breakers could only handle 100 AMPs. Ali suggested we clear all the aluminium wiring coming into the house to the circuit breakers and upgrade to 200 AMPs. This would allow us more capacity in the future should we require it.

It is a pleasure to deal with people who love what they do and do it well. I have every confidence in our power supply now knowing that we are protected from surges and have added capacity should we need it.

Mostafa has vision. That is one of his talents. His ability to listen, conceptualize and implement is the best I have ever seen. His next talent is communication - the ability to convey what, when, where and how. Next he is a problem solver - work done by someone else did not work and he was able to fix previous poor workmanship and finally - his ability to execute - to deliver when there are so many horror stories out there of over-promised deliverables. Henry from Energie Group Electric Inc. showed up on time. Was very polite, respectful, quick, efficient and friendly. He explained everything clearly. The previous people I hired messed up on the wiring on two of my kitchen wall outlets. Henry took the time to explain what the issue was and how it could be fixed and provided options. As others have said, they are professional and quick. They installed 10 potlights and two dimmers on my living room, and wired a fireplace to the electric panel in under 4 hours. They came prepared with everything and left the place clean. I would definitely hire them again!
The only reason I did not give then a 10 is because of a misunderstanding with the meaning of "fireplace installation", I assumed the fireplace will be installed, but it was only wired to the panel. As with any contractor, always ask specific questions about the scope of work, don't assume.

Professional and quick! The electricians arrived on time and were able to complete all of the work much quicker than I had anticipated and it looks amazing. The pot lights are even better than I expected - when you turn them off, they dim nice and slowly and give the rooms a fancy touch. They helped me set up the electrical for my basement apartment kitchen as well. The whole process was seamless and easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!

They replaced my light fixtures and added some dimmers. Work was efficient and quick and they were friendly and gave me some expert advice. I also appreciate them being punctual and clean on their way in and out.
