We had water dripping from our bathroom vent every time it got really cold out. Nicks team came out (Matt) and went up in the attic and showed me the pics of what was going on up there. A previous contractor doing our bathroom reno moved the location of the bathroom fan away from the vent in the roof and just Jerry-rigged the inflow/outflow pipe with a variety of different materials. The tubing was full of water, there was no insulation around the new bathroom vent in the ceiling and the tubing was not even fully connected to the roof vent. It was just hanging loose and a big opening in our roof into the attic. Because of the weather Matt came back twice. Once to replace the whole exhaust tubing and secure it to the outside vent with a metal phalange and once the snow left, came back to seal all the outside units on the roof. Nick and Matt were very knowledgeable and explained everything that was happening and what they were going to do to remedy the situation and showed me the before and after pics of their work.
