Lumon built us a sunroom that leaks from the bottom. Whenever it rains, it creates a pool of water inside. We asked for their assistance to seal it better, but they have not responded to our request for the last six months despite multiple emails and phone calls. We have no choice but to go elsewhere to correct this unfortunate construction error to prepare for the approaching winter weather and influx of melting snow.

We like our sunroom, but I would suggest you go elsewhere to get this built. You will get your money worth with better connmuniction, better aftercare and much less frustration along the way.
