We had our front and back garden sod replaced, soil added and sod laid. Garden beds tidied, landscape material laid and mulch added. Hard working crew. Job done in just a couple of days. Great results.

The company responded very quickly to my request, understood what I wanted and came to do the project on time.
I even added to the project once I saw the work was good and tidy.

Yan Landscaping came to my rescue when the previous company I used for yard maintenance (East End Garden Centre - Queen Street East) failed to deliver.

I asked for spring clean up in April from the company I used last year. By June my grass and the weeds were 3 feet high and they "couldn't accommodate my request". I contacted Yan Landscaping and within 24 hours my yard was cleaned up, fertilized and now looks presentable !!

Sarkis helped me with a difficult replacement of a short collapsed retaining wall in my garden, as well as redoing a stonework path.
He has also done lawn maintenance.

This was the third time that we hired Yan Landscaping, to get the snow removed from our both properties. Communication was excellent on the phone, we ended up getting our driveways salted to get the remaining snow taken care of. Overall it was great and we would hire Yan Landscaping again in the future!
