My wife and I ordered some laminate flooring from the store in Toronto and were told it would take 1-2 weeks to come in. After two months of us calling the store weekly and being told, it would come in next week it finally came in last weekend, two months from the order date.
When I expressed our displeausre with this when we picked it up, the new store manager basically told us there was nothing he could do, or offer us on the other supplies like underlayment that we still needed.
When I spoke with the US customer service and explained what went on they came back and offered to save me, get this 1 cent on each roll of underlayment. Wow!! When I pushed and asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for another 30 minutes when the same rep came back on and send they could not save me 40 cents per roll. More wow, given that I was looking for four rolls I would save a total of $1.60. What an insult
I would not give these clowns another cent, as they do not care about you as a customer, they just want the order and see ya!!
