Lumber Liquidators

The sales clerk said that our floors were a 100% North American product (which makes them better than what the Home Depot sells in her words) but when we received the flooring it said "made in China" on the box. Additionally, when we went to pick up the rest of our order they told us it had already been filled. When they realized they had made an error they allowed us to pick the rest up a week later and questioned us making us feel like they thought we weren't telling the truth and that their error was our fault.

My wife and I ordered some laminate flooring from the store in Toronto and were told it would take 1-2 weeks to come in. After two months of us calling the store weekly and being told, it would come in next week it finally came in last weekend, two months from the order date.

When I expressed our displeausre with this when we picked it up, the new store manager basically told us there was nothing he could do, or offer us on the other supplies like underlayment that we still needed.

When I spoke with the US customer service and explained what went on they came back and offered to save me, get this 1 cent on each roll of underlayment. Wow!! When I pushed and asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for another 30 minutes when the same rep came back on and send they could not save me 40 cents per roll. More wow, given that I was looking for four rolls I would save a total of $1.60. What an insult

I would not give these clowns another cent, as they do not care about you as a customer, they just want the order and see ya!!

I was looking for some woodflooring I purchased over 5 years ago. The problem was that this product was discontinued however, the people there were exceptional in helping me pick out the proper flooring for my other room. Excellent!

The product is excellent. We did all the upstairs and in the bedrooms and no fading and its keeping its colour. That was our concern. Lumber Liquidators are very good, well priced and know thier products. They do nothing but wood flooring.

every year lumber liquidators has a clearance / overstock event, you have to know when they are and arrive early enough to have a greater choice of this great deal, I choose 3/4" hardwood floor at 1.35 a linear foot, the only downside to the product I chose was that you have to buy extra due to imperfections- which turned into the upside of the project, the floor looks great and no one can tell the difference between my floor and a "custom" floor that costs over $9.- a linear foot. If I ever get another hardwood floor it will be here (even if I won lottery)

Ordered floors for our entire home remodel project. The floors were 2 weeks late and required a complete redesign of the kitchen flooring to use tile in order to somewhate maintain the schedule. I was still required to postpone the move date by two weeks at a cost of over $650.00. When confronted, Lumber Liquidators stated that there was nothing they could do and that how their delivery schedule impacted my construction schedule was not their problem.

The price was good. The floors when they eventually arrived are nice. But the cusomer service is horrendous. Only use this vendor if you have a lot of patience and flexibility in timing.
