In a retail store scope I needed someone to quickly rebuild overflowing condensate drain traps associated to air hander units in the celing space of a a store. We couldn't not suspend the fire suppression system and could not risk setting off the fire alarms with Torch work. These guys had a fast and effective solution.
These are not budget plumbers... they are PROFESSIONALS! I will confidential recommendation them any day.

Can’t recommend this company enough - after having a terrible experience with another plumber who was taking too long to complete a job - I reached out and they were able to come to the job very quickly, and the work was completed in one evening!! They also ensured we were informed throughout the process via pictures and phone calls to ensure what was being done was to our satisfaction, so they took into account our opinion which I also valued! Pricing was also reasonable for a great job done well, and in an amazing timeline!

A few minor repairs to the faucet in the shower and a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink that I needed fixed urgently for a tenant. My hot water tank stopped working. Zunic Mechanical was quick to respond and were very punctual. They removed the existing hot water tank and replaced it with a new one. They also noticed while on site that the pipe to the water main was undersized which explained my low water pressure throughout the house so I had them replace the piping with the appropriate size.

Zunic Mechanical completed 3 bathrooms which all included, new vanities, faucets, shower fixtures and a free standing tub in the ensuite. They also installed new fixtures in the kitchen and laundry room. They were very punctual, honest and knowledgeable.
