I think it is safe to say that any time someone starts a home project there are a lot of ideas, quesitons, concerns and some apprehension balanced with excitement. Having the right contractor as a partner is of the utmost importance, somone who is not only good at what they do, but can also offer you honest feedback about your project. Luca is a true professional, he cares about his customers, not only their satisfaction with quality of the work, but he strongly considers how the renovation will shape their happiness. Like all projects, we started medium and added to the original project - Luca was understanding and honest regarding the timeline for the additional work and did his best to effectively complete the work in a manner that made living under renovation very easy. From the new "living utility room" he designed from our original garage, to the incredible flooring throughout the basement and all the outdoor landscaping we could not be more happy. Everyone that has seen the work has told us how incredible it turned out, and most importantly all of Luca's professional suggestions clearly added to our satisfaction within budget. Thank you Luca, I am sure we will be doing more work together in the future.

We had been looking for an experienced reliable Contractor for quite some time. We are only at the beginning of our project, and we knew that we were in for the long haul. We noticed some beautiful stonework being completed on a street not too far away, the morning walk became a site inspection, and we found the courage to ask the Contractor if he would consider a job as small as ours. The answer was clear, concise and compelling: no job was too small. As busy as he is, we accepted the long wait for the work to begin. No looking back at this point. What an improvement. I hired Mancuso Construction for my kitchen and main floor revamp. Luca was extremely professional. He was with me for every step of the way during my reno. Luca is extremely honest. Luca promised to have our spa installed before Christmas and he kept his promise. He worked tirelessly, even in some ominous conditions, to make our dream come true.
The installation, set-up of spa and all the hard landscaping around the spa and beyond were professionally done by Luca and his team. Luca also helped create the design to ensure everything was cohesive to the house and rest of the landscaping.
Due to seasonal weather, some of the landscaping had to be left until spring, however Luca prepared the backyard for us so we could use the spa and allow our dog to use the backyard until he returns in the spring to complete the finishing touches.
Luca has remained in contact with us over the holidays to ensure everything is in top working order. This kind of service just doesn't exist elsewhere else in my opinion.
We look forward to seeing him again in the spring and will post some photos of the completed project.

Luca is a superstar. We hired him to complete a very large spa installation with grotto wall along with hardscaping our backyard. He worked tirelessly throughout the process and was even working on a few things on Christmas Eve because he wanted things just right so that my family could enjoy the spa fully on Christmas.
