We recently moved our growing company into a store front location. The move in condition was horrendous! Then one of our employees referred Colton from CMY Renovations, who also happened to be a friend of his. Spoke very highly of Colton's work, we were in need of some fixing up, so why not?
Well, what started off being a little floor project, turned into a whole replacement of laminate flooring and full paint job. And I am so glad we did that (with Colton's recommendation), coz he was bang on! Our store looks so much better and I, as partner/owner, couldn't be happier! Best money spent. He provided us with a quote and was on point if not very close to it. Prices are reasonable and fair. But the results are even better. Colton and his team are meticulous to detail and finished the project in great timing!
Colton and the CMY team did such a great job, we actually ended up calling him back as we subcontracted their team out for our own client(s) because we were that confident and thrilled with their work.

We worked with CMY Renovations for a full reno project on our townhouse. We were on an extremely tight deadline, we were moving out of our apartment and had a baby on the way. The entire project took less than 6 weeks and was actually finished one day earlier than estimated.

He scheduled over thirty tradespeople to do the work. All were highly skilled perfectionists. CMY was highly recommended by a neighbour for an interior repair/reno. Colton's response and follow-up was quick, and professional. I appreciated the thorough inspection, explaining the work and options to consider prior to the contract. The work was excellent. Communication and scheduling during the job was great despite a few challanges we gave him. They were also very reasonable and helpful for extra work we requested while on site. I highly recommend CMY and would absolutely use them again.
