Visited the showroom in Vaughan Ontario, checked out the display and decided to order the 40inch platinum grill with cart, was given a delivery date of July 31-august 6th, but received a delivery confirmation on Monday July 22nd and product arrived on Thursday July 25th BTW 11-12pm, had the cart installed by a individual who carefully put the unit together after about 2.5 hours we opened the nexT box with the grill, what a disappointment, it was a used unit carefully wrapped and boxed, called to discuss the concerns but the location was not picking up, so sent a message and received a call on Friday afternoon, its like talking to a team who reads off script or AI, very disappointed and now they hold my money till they decide to come get this should be garbage unit off my property before providing me a refundwill never visit or ever recommend the service or product from NewAge ever again please see photos and make your own decisionstay as far as you can from the product and services will never recommend to my worst enemy

I find it hard to believe all the positive reviews my reality is the opposite. I have a full out door kitchen sitting in the rain in florida after being delivered and unpacked. The installation manager seems to be unable to get anyone to install and the customer support is an outsourced operation where nobody knows anything. I now gave no support and a bunch of rusting hardware sitting in the rain. Buyer beware.

I wanted the steel cabinets earlier this year. Garage models were unavailable. I switched to iutdoir and found what I wanted. Sales assistant came in line and helped with reducing my costs.
If all goes as planned cabinets should be available to install early to mid September.

I have not received the product yet, but the services are good so far. Hopefully everything goes well with the delivery and the install, the product is not cheap

Pleasant experience at showroom. Welcomed with a nice coffee and had all my questions answered about what to choose for cabinetry and slatwall. I was even offered a slice of a staff members birthday cake. Manju and Stephen were very professional and helpful. Would recommend this store.
