I had leaks in the eavestroughs and had several other companies come, who all told me that I need new eavestroughs. I was also worried about the roof (new home owner) and same companies told me I need a new roof. Alexander came promptly when I called and assured me that the leaks in the eavestroughs are repairable and that the roof is fine. He fixed the leaks and installed a new gutter extension so that the gutter on second floor did not dump water on the roof valley and instead water traveled into another eavestroughs. I was very impressed by his honesty, no non-sense attitude (did not try to sell me anything that was not needed), and quality of the repair.

It rained the day after the job, and I did not see any leaks. Funny enough, I also looked at all other houses near mine and they all had same original build eavestroughs, so the companies that told me I need ones were clearly trying to sell.
