Excellent work! - We manage some downtown Toronto Condos and needed a unit prepared for market on short notice. Fast response to our project. Extra easy to work with and communicate with and Joshua took charge of the project from start to finish. That's very helpful to us in managing condos.

Josh provided us a reasonable quote for the job. He painted all levels including walls, ceilings and trims as well as interior and exterior doors.

Josh took time to prep the house with tarp on the floors and painters tape everywhere; very meticulous. There was no damages and the deficiencies he came back within a week to address.

Josh sanded, stained and varnished two flights of stairs in our house, including the handrails (the original stain done by the hardwood installers was a bad match to our hardwood). The work turned out really well and we're very happy with it. Josh was always on time, polite, and professional in all our interactions. He clearly communicated with us what would be done each day, and which steps we were able to walk on.

Josh came on time and was prepared. He did an amazing job of painting our new condo and installing new light fixtures. His attention to detail is shown in his work. Clean paint line at ceiling and baseboards. Installing the crystal light fixtures was done with expertise and efficiency. He kept the space clean and tidy while working. He is able to do all manner of home Renos. He is pleasant well spoken and very good at what he does. We are so pleased with his work we have decided he will be our handyman for all of our home reno projects.
