Twinkle & Sparkle

I etransfer the money in April of 2021. Here it is 2024 and still no pool. I have an invoice where I paid for it along with various emails stating reasons why I haven't received my pool. Now they won't answer Facebook or email messages. I'd love to get my money back. When I went to the RCMP they phoned and tried to sell them a pool. Any idea of how to get the money back

April of 2022 we paid for a hot tub that was never delivered. Then they have apparently disappeared. Terrible business.

Paid for a pool on may 1st was promised the delivery on june 7th and was fed stories up until august 28 when I disputed the purchase through my visa and will get reimbursed!!

I almost gave up on having a pool, was ready to empty it and throw in the towel! Until I called Twinkle & Shine. They were both so knowledgeable, and the most friendly people ever! They got my pool extremely clean, added all the necessary chemicals, and saved my sanity. I now feel that my children are safe while swimming in the pool. Tha k you so much guys! I would recommend them any day!

I was at my wits end with a lemon of a pool pump when I found the number for twinkle and sparkle. These guys showed up quick with everything needed and wer fantastic to work with, they even answered all of my chemical and maintenance questions. 10/10 would recommend for any pool related work.

These guys went above and beyond to open my pool. They changed the sand in my filter and performed other necessary maintenance. The pool is now sparkling clean!

We had asked twinkle and sparkles to help us with our pool last year. It had been leaking and we were never able to balance the chemicals correctly since we were always adding more water. They helped us patch ne necessary spots, helped us identofy a major leak in the metal frame of the pool and further brought our pool from green back to a wonderful blue in no time. We asked them to come back this year to open and again they were awesome. They walked me through how to change our sand, how to add and how much to add for all the chemicals and helped us with some of our fittings. Could not recommend this company enough.
