Project Manager rarely showed up to work site. Felt like I was always being squeezed for more money. Payment was typically requested in advance of work being completed and the project was completed several months after it should have been. Almost all of the work was subcontracted to other companies. Workmanship from company employees, not subcontractors, was subpar.

I put a request into HomeStars to get a quote to replace a wooden fence in my back yard. ELP contacted me immediately and after sending some photos, they sent me a quote and told me they could do the work the following week. They arrived on the appointed day and completed the job, wonderfully, in one day. I asked them what they thought it would cost to rip out and redo a small front yard - I was given a quote very quickly and once again they squeezed us in.
