They have either lost, kept, or sold our rug. Unresponsive to all communications. Various emails, calls etc unreturned. All Clean needs to be investigated by the BBB and/or the Ottawa Police.

The company was in touch with me very quickly and provided clear & concise information, plus a very reasonable quote. They also provided their quote right after I responded to their few questions.
They haven't done the cleaning yet but had offered to do it Oct. 13th.
I requested week of 25th and they immediately responded with Oct. 26!
I had previously checked them out and they have very good ratings
So far I'm impressed!

Having a dog, my sofa had different stains and they were able to removed them all. I also had an area rug that smelled bad, and they cleaned it and successfully removed the smell. I definitely recommend!
