When we finally decided to build a second story room addition we spoke with too many architects and contractors. Once we met with Saeid, we didn't need to meet anyone else. He is so thorough, honest, and easy to work with. I've never met anyone who takes so much time to really get things right, maximize our space and budget, and translate the stipulations imposed by the City that would be otherwise huge barrier to our project. We are so grateful not only that we found Joel and his construction company, but also that they have the availability for our project at the right time. We are so excited to continue to work with them, and I will continue to sing their praises to anyone considering a room addition, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, or a full custom home remodel. Saeid the General contractor and the company was amazing. I have had several renovations in my previous homes but this one was quite different !
1. Product verity and choices were easy, organized and beat outside pricing.
2. Timespan for total project was on the point with the crew working every day and asking to work off days to make us happy.
3. Precision and detail was perfect ! Cabinets were perfect and high end backsplash was my wifes fav.
4. Mr. S had certified electrician and plumber to make sure it meets codes and safety protocols.
5 . And the best of all , easy to contact , always picked up and even made a trip extra to review product placement and color with my wife. A true gentleman, trustworthy and ready to work!
