I cannot recommend the services of Rod and Precision Plumbing highly enough!!! I connected with Rod due to a weird phone number mix-up, but I'm sure glad I did.
Less than a week home from the hospital with a new baby... our sump pump breaks, so no laundry!
Rod drove FAR out of his way to replace our pump with a new one at a very reasonable price. He was knowledgable, courteous, fast, and really just the best. Literally a life-saver!

Rod is an Ace of a Guy. My ceiling had been leaking for months and several local, Windsor plumbers had come and told me they were too busy to do the work but charged me $300.00 for their time. Finally I got smart, read over several reviews of many companies and saw that Precision Plumbing was abundantly well reviewed and took the plunge. Turned out that everyone was right Rod is knowledgeable/experienced, on time and priced appropriately during these inflationary times. I recommend Precision Plumbing over and over again hands down.

We had a problem with the backup sump pump and battery. Rod inspected it, and could not get the system working. We were able to get the backup pump unit, controller and backup battery replaced in a few hours. Rod and his assistant were easy to work with, and we feel he did a good job to quickly fix the issue, and we appreciated the full clean-up that was done afterwards. We would be happy to work with Precision Plumbing again.

I highly recommend Precision Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. Rod is incredibly knowledgable, professional and brings a wealth of experience to the job. He is patient and takes the time to explain all facets of the work that he's doing; pros and cons of various materials, best practices, etc. We've had Rod doing various jobs for us through a renovation, and he's always followed up with any questions we've had about materials and finishes for our hardware, and goes above and beyond in his availability to his customers. Thank you Rod and we sleep well knowing that our plumbing needs are in safe hands! Wish I could rate 20 stars!

Precision Plumbing did a fantastic job in an emergency situation in replacing an old plastic manifold that had broke from one of the hot water taps. Rod was here immediately and replaced the old manifold with a brand new one and took out and replaced old outdated standard piping with new. He did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Precision Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. My family is more than satisfied. Thank you Precision Plumbing.
