Very good work and very reasonable price

I had a relatively small window washing job and Suds was very responsive and provided a quote that was much more reasonable than other quotes received. I would highly recommend them for window washing.

Absolutely best service ever!!! I called Derek as I am a Real Estate Agent and needed my clients windows professionally cleaned. Derek immediately responded and was available same day for a quote with the service follow-up in next couple of days. Derek showed up on time and did and outstanding job!!! I will definitely use SUDS Windows Inc. for all my clients needs and have already recommended them to my brokerage and colleagues!

Remove Bricks from Collapsed Chimney & Repair

managed to get a picture of the roof rafters underneath. From this info I asked them to cover the chimney hole with plywood and reshingle over top. They gave me another quote and came the day after to complete the job. They also repaired some damage to another section of the roof. The work they did was perfect. I was incredibly impressed. They are excellent roofers in addition to the other services they offer. I would personally like to thank Derek and Dileni. I would highly recommend Suds Inc. Charles Evans, Davisville,Toronto.

Consistent and reliable

Siva and John came out to wash my windows before the winter set in.
Both were lovely gentlemen and did a great job.
Siva had a great disposition and you could tell he enjoyed his work.
The will be back to clean my eavestroughs.

installing anti-bird collision tape on windows

Derek had underestimated the time it would take to apply these anti-bird collision stickers" onto our large windows and underquoted his fee but being a man of his word he still charged an extremely low fee given the daunting amount of time and effort -on 40ft ladders! i would say he certainly undercharged but was so professional that he wanted to remain close to his original quote.

Responsiveness and Quality Control: A+ when we weren't pleased with the first (very large) window's results, Derek immediately thanked us for informing him and redid the whole thing, no issues.

Derek is a lovely person, doing hard physical work with a friendly and very professional attitude.
