GO! Garage Doors

Happy with the service we got to look at a malfunctioning garage door. Tyler messaged that he was stuck in traffic and will be late for our appointment which was appreciated rather than the dreaded zero communication and not knowing when a trade might show up.

The fix was relatively simple and the price was fair. Tyler also educated us on what we can do for general maintenance of our garage doors.

Got a hold of Prolift to get my doors a tune up/inspection. Way cheaper for the visit and inspection than others. Tyler showed up, apologized a few times for the delay, between traffic and his previous call.. Once here, he inspected the doors, and made a couple of suggestions, that I took him up on. Replace 4 rollers and the cabling... Good thing as one was almost rusted thru in the saddle. He was professional, cleaned up and did not try to upsell at all . Made the suggestions and left it up to me. Great service... Will use them again, if needed

The torsion spring on my double door broke and required replacing.
I called ProLift first thing in the morning, and requested a repair on our double wide door.
A few minutes later, I received a call from the owner and explained what I thought would be need to be done. He said that he would check with one of his service guys and see when he could come out to view and provide a no obligation quote. Minutes later, I received a text advising that Ty would be at our home a 2:00 PM. A few minutes past 2PM I received a call from Ty saying he just pulled into our neighbour and we be arriving in a few minutes.
Ty arrived, quickly confirmed what needed to be done, and provided me with a verbal quote. I asked him to proceed and it was repaired along lubricating the springs, rollers and hinges all in just over an hour.
All around the service from my first call to the completion was professional and courteous.
I did call another firm, and their price was slightly higher and the repair time was 2-3 days away.

Our Garage door / motor stopped working. Within 25 hours, Tyler was here to assess. The motor was last replaced in 2001 ( before we bought this house). He was honest and determined we needed a new motor. This was fixed fir us within 2 days. Very professional and prompt. Absolutely would recommend this company! I was very pleased with the service from ProLift. They were quick to respond to my issue, the price was fair and I was very pleased with the level of service. They gave me options for addressing some other issues I have with my system, but did not try to pressure me into doing anything extra. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

My garage door had begun to open and close by itself. The problem here was that the door would open and remain open. I would close it, and it would re-open. It was determined that during the home inspection the operating system had been tampered with. Service tech cleared the codes and the issue was resolved. So thankful for your service. Very good prompt service and fair price. The repairman included some preventative maintenance and fixed a few minor things at no additional cost.

We had a problem with our garage door not opening. I sent a message to Prolift Garage asking for assistance. Within minutes of sending the message Craig the owner called me. After explaining to him the problem he said he does have someone in the area that just finished a job. I was told Tyler will be here within in 30 minutes. Over the years I have had so many people saying we will be there within this time limit and sadly did not happen However it was a pleasant surprise when the doorbell rang within the 30 minutes and Tyler saying he is here to repair the garage door. He looked and explained exactly what the problem was what the cost will, he also explained what else he will do to make sure it wont happen again by doing some maintenance. Afterwards he made some suggestions of what else we will need some upgrading as well as what the costs related to this will be. He was so professional I definitely recommend this company with out a doubt will be using them from now .
