Mike was honest, reliable and knowledgeable. He took his time to look at our old unit and answer any questions. He provided a quote and completed the work in a professional and timely manner.

Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional when he came to give us a quote for a heat pump. The following week he came to install the new heat pump for our propane furnace. We were very happy with his attention to detail, workmanship and overall quality of work. We are really enjoying the heat pump and we highly recommend EMI Air Systems for all HVAC related needs.

I gave Mike, the owner, a call and he was able to come to my home the next day, where he took measurements, assessed the situation, and provided me with a free estimate. I agreed to his quote and the installation day was seamless and flexible (he worked on a day that suited my family's needs). He arrived as scheduled, was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and clean. I was very happy with the final product/installation and could not have appreciated his service more. I can tell this was not his first installation, and his word-of-mouth reputation is well deserved.

A few months later and the unit works fantastic...he even took the time to answer a few questions I had down the road!
