On Site Contracting

I was contacted by On Site Contracting within 15 minutes of requesting a sliding glass door repair. An appointment was made for early the next morning. Dallas, the Owner, arrived at the requested appointment time.

I thought the rollers were shot in the glass door but after review, Dallas said no need to replace them. They only needed cleaning and lubricating. After a short time working on them he had them rolling freely. Such an easy fix so we had him do the other slider as well.

I'm so than thankful for Dallas' honesty. Getting on in years the sliding doors are a little too heavy for us now. He saved us considerably on the bill. We called two companies that were booking out two months. One quoted the cost of sending 2 men @ $95/hour + parts and another who quoted $100 + parts.
