The process of choosing this company was straightforward. They provided information quickly and explained clearly, and matched the exact colour I previously had. There was a blip because I asked for no seams but they followed the old pattern for the benches. They offered to re-do the benches, but to save the environment, we declined that option and a longer warranty was offered instead. When we had a further need to replace the back of the benches (which they had not done in the first stage), again they were very quick, and returned the upgraded bench backs within 24 hours. All in all very quick work.

VS Design & Upholstery did an excellent job in restoring 4 insert and 4 tight antique chairs. They were fast and work was high quality.

I was very impressed with Valentina and Julia in providing me with what I was looking for. I was looking to re-upholster my parents old classic sofa set which is at least 40 years old. They were understanding and professional and met our needs even much faster than I expected. They completed the job in less than half the time they originally gave us. The set is beautiful and looks brand new. Thank you!!

My 25 years old recliner was literally falling apart. I came very close to buying a new recliner, but a lot of the new ones looked cheaply built. I got mine new from The Bay and it seemed to be really well built. A friend told me I should look into getting it reupholstered. After looking around on the net for a place near me I stumbled onto VS Design. I read the reviews and they looked like real honest reviews, so I contacted them. The staff were super helpful and really took care of me. Excellent communication. But, it was not until I got the chair back in my apartment that I realize how lucky I was to contact them. It looks and feels fantastic ... it's like a brand new chair! Plus, getting it picked up and then delivered back to me was a blessing. Honestly ... I wouldn't hesitate for a second to do business with this company. 10/10.

I took my kitchen chairs to be redone because they had lost their padding. The team at V&S were courteous, efficient and had lots of fabrics to choose from. They finished my 4 chairs in a week as promised. I would recommend them highly and will use them again if needed.

I found VS Design on Homestars and they were a pleasure to work with. They had many books of fabric to choose from. They ranged in price and so I was able to find something. The work is great and was ready way faster than I ever expected!
